PMS is considered a very effective human resource tool to motivate employees to focus on the achievement of organizational goals. However, it is usually restricted to a tedious three-step process in most organizations – filling up the appraisal form, one-to-one forced discussion with the supervisor and conveying the feedback to the HR department. This kind of PMS doesn’t bring any value addition to the organization and its employees.

A good PMS should close all these loopholes.
