An Organization Development (OD) and Human Resource professional from XLRI Jamshedpur with specialization in effective implementation of Performance Management System leading to the creation of a productive work culture. A trained facilitator who has conducted several behavioral and skill-based modules and has been successful in achieving better results through "Focused and informal work culture".

He has worked for over 30 years in India, East Africa & UAE and has also managed OD & HR Assignments for prestigious organizations in the UK, Canada, Tanzania, Kenya, Ethiopia, Zambia, DRC and India where PMS was successfully implemented with excellent results.

His journey transcends several reputed organizations in India and abroad, few of which are Parke-Davis India (Warner Lambert), Glaxo India, Boehringer Knoll, Crompton Greaves, ACC, Jumbo Electronics (Dubai) and Sumaria Group (Tanzania), New Africa Group of Hotels etc.

A trained facilitator for a number of Training Modules which includes self-developed ones, he has conducted sessions in IIM – Bangalore, Administrative Staff College of India – Hyderabad, Management Development Institute - Delhi and other reputed institutions and organizations in India & Abroad.

He has also conducted training sessions for various reputed organizations in India, UK, Belgium, Spain, UAE, Las Vegas - USA, Canada, Malaysia, Kenya, Tanzania, D. R. of Congo, Mozambique, Zambia, Ghana, Nigeria and Ethiopia.
