How We Help?
We undertake Master Coaching for executives, who are either getting ready for leadership roles or have been already elevated to the position. We help them develop competencies, focus and clarity in their new role. We facilitate the positive shift through a collaborative approach.
Our founder, Antesh Kr. Sinha is a certified Master Coach from BCI-UK. He has served as a Master Coach to several CEOs in the UK and across Africa.

The process begins with the identification of developmental areas of the executives (coachees)

This is done through direct feedback or through various profile tests

After the coachee confirms his acceptance, the Master Coaching begins

Every assignment typically lasts for 6-12 month. It also entails Skype coaching twice a month and a face-to-face meeting every 3-4 months along with the coachees supervisor
